The younger members of the meeting stood up after Meeting for Worship this week to announce that they had been producing a white poppy wreath in their group as part of the “Collateral Damage Project". November 2018 marks the 100th anniversary of the end of world war one. The project commemorates all the victims of war by inviting people to create unique a white poppy in their memory, and in the process think about how we can build a more peaceful future together. The wreath has been put up in the new room for people to see.
