Within our entrance lobby we have a small but helpful library of Quaker books and religious or spiritual material from traditions that resonate with Quaker teachings and practices.
There is a varied collection of historical and contemporary titles on our shelves, from books about early Quakers in England and Ireland to books addressing perennial spiritual and moral issues of particular interest to Quakers such as silence, peace, non-violence, sustainability and social justice.
In addition, there are specific collections for young people and those who are new to Quakers.
Books and pamphlets can be borrowed by members or regular attenders of the meeting. At the library we have a signing in/signing out book, please be sure to complete this when borrowing and returning any items from the resource.
